Due to COVID-19, FK will not accept any returns/exchanges until further notice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ORIGINAL POLICY

FK will accept returns on merchandise in the original sale condition with original tags attached within 3 days of your delivery date. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED VIA EMAIL to fashioneekouture@gmail.com We will not accept any items that have been worn or have signs of wear, no makeup stains, perfumes, odors etc. We will issue a STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds or exchanges on accessories, swimwear, bodysuits or final sale items. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Some items may also incur a 20% restocking fee. FK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
